Not there is only one bus a day from the Cancun Airport to the Hotel Zone in Cancun at 11:25 am. Going back to the airport there are 9 buses a day.
The bus stop is by the Museo Maya which is just behind this hotel. It is about a 5 min walk up to the entrance of the Hilton Mar Caribe Hotel.
