Rooms at the Bric Hotel
The hotels offers 14 rooms with king bed rooms, double beds that are good for up to three adults and a one bedroom apartment.
This hotel is not a new hotel but it has had some updates along the way. It is Playa DelCarmen style from the 90’s. Rooms are on three floors and face a central courtyard where the pool is. There is no elevator.
The one bedroom apartment has a kitchenette, living room, dining table and outdoor roof patio. This room can be good for those looking for a longer stay.
Booking directly with the hotel will usually get you the best rate. The smaller rooms usually go for around $60-$70 USD a night, just as something to go on. The deluxe apartment goes for about $90-$120 USD. Of course prices change by season and availability.

The Bric Spa is open to the public as well as hotel guest. It is a popular spa for massages for locals as well as tourist. The spa is well priced and offers professionally trained staff. Having the spa here at the hotel adds one more perk of staying here.
What is near this hotel?
You are just steps from 5th Avenue. It is centrally located so you can stroll north on 5th one day and then south another day.
The beach is accessible down 28th Street where you will find Mamitas Beach Club and Kool Beach Club. It is about 3 1/2 blocks to the beach.
For restaurants you have tons to choose from. The Sushi Club is around the corner and the tiny Pik Nik Restaurant is close for local Mexican cooking. Starbucks is at the end of the street as well as Lucky Luciano’s Restaurant. If you stay here you will have no trouble finding places to eat that offer what you are looking for.
